That would depend on the climate and weather. If it was very cold or wet, finding some kind of shelter would be the first thing and finding drinking water the second. If hot and fairly dry, so you could sleep outside without freezing, finding water would be the first thing. After them, food, and a way to heat water for washing and cooking, especially washing your food, and any injuries.
A potable water source would be first. If you’re even close to unsure of a clean water source, fire’s your first task as you’ll need to boil the water to grant yourself some clemency of safety. Procure a vessel to boil water in. Of course, hope you brushed up on your fire starting skills. A stick of soft magnesium goes a long way here. Always include magnesium, a knife, and a container, preferably a fire proof one, in a go bag.
