Have you ever had the sense that you’ve done something or gone through a new situation before? Does it seem like you know what’s going to happen next? That feeling is often described as déjà vu. The saying comes from French, meaning “already seen.” Some people think that déjà vu is a sign of a potential psychic phenomenon. But there may be other causes for your déjà vu experiences.
Almost everything happens first in astral world, so when you are sleeping you are in astral world.
Everything who sleeps, their astral body comes out and goes to astral world, meet dead people, do things they were doing when they were awake. When they are awake, a moment before that astral body comes back to physical body. Falling off a cliff feeling is actually astral body coming back to physical plane all of a sudden, hence the experience. Now since our brain isn’t upgraded enough we don’t register any of this. When people start meditation and when they do transmutation of energy , brain upgrades. It’s actually kundalini energy which upgrades the brain, but path to that is made by transmutation of sex energy. Semen retention in principle is nothing but preservation of sexual energy so it can be transmitted and used to upgrade the brain. That’s when they start remembering things and it’s called deja vu. Also not every thing that happens in astral world get physicalized. Now if deja vu happens to you, you must have upgraded your brain a little bit in some of previous lifetime and that’s how your brain is registering it.

Say, for example, you are traveling to New York for the first time. You are touring a cathedral, and suddenly it seems as if you have been in that very spot before. Or maybe you are having dinner with a group of friends, discussing some current political topic, and you have the feeling that you’ve already experienced this very thing – same friends, same dinner, same topic.
