What is the best weight gain program for a very skinny person?

At first, I though eating excessively was going to help me gain a lot of weight, as it is highly needed. But I was wrong, it seems no matter how much I eat, I cannot add on. What weight gain program can I hop on pls?

      Your diet should contain more carbohydrates than protein and least fat as carbs will give you energy and protein will help you gain weight in healthy way. The most important part is breakfast. You can have Oats plus Boiled egg plus 1 glass of milk. Then have your regular lunch
      Then in the evening have good snacks like omelet or soya or anything which has protein
      Then have regular dinner nothing spacial.
      Well if you can you may have post dinner like if you are night person . Most important thing is never miss a single meal. If you can go to gym then its well and good but if you are not able to go to gym then every morning you should do some exercise like jumping pushups pull-up running etc. Also doing physical exertion or exercise will increase your appetite.

      1. Create a diet plan, have a lot of bananas, mangoes and honey. Eat rice with plenty of ghee. Have carbohydrate rich vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca, arvi, etc. Feel free to have freshly squeezed juices. But do avoid all processed foods including cereals, if you don’t want to develop a pot belly. Add proteins to your diet like dals. If you are a non-vegetarian you can have whole eggs, meat, etc.
      2. Do exercise regularly to build muscles but don’t overdo it in your zeal for quick results.
      3. Stay healthy and stress free. Remember lean body is also good. You don’t want to appear padded with fat.
      4. It is more important to stay disease -free for which you need to keep your immunity strong. Rest and relaxation are equally important, so get 7 to 8 hours of good sleep.
