Not always but I think you should trust it because it would be affected by your subconscious. In my experience, the voices that I hear are not always right. Sometimes they give good advice, but sometimes they lie. They can be wrong sometimes, or sometimes there is interference. It is best to consider carefully what the voice or voices are saying, and verify from an outside reality if possible.
Hell no! I don’t always follow the inner voice in my head cos most of the time, I be having more than one voice in my head telling what and what not to do. How then do I discern which one to follow if the inner voice is always right? There so many voices in my head and I get so busy talking to myself as I can never decide which voice to listen to. So I just gamble on knowing in my heart and brain what right to do and often times, it ends up okay.
