Semen comes in a wide range of variations. If it really worries you, then talk to your doctor about it, but it is likely just fine. And kindly be informed that guys with good and healthy diets have more watery semen, while those with an unhealthy diet had very thick, nasty cum.
This is completely normal. During sexual arousal prostate fluid builds up in preparation for ejaculation. The longer the period of arousal before orgasm the more of this clear, watery fluid there is. During masturbation men tend to finish pretty quickly, and so don’t have time to build up that fluid. If you spent hours being aroused beforehand it would happen during masturbation as well.
