There are many possible explanations. Are you dehydrated? Did you recently workout? Do you have overly tight muscles? Do you have an illness that you don’t know about or aren’t disclosing? It can get really bad if neglected so, go to the doctor for a real diagnosis before your leg falls off.
There are different reasons why you may experience stiff feet, sometimes if comes with soreness. But if yours doesn’t come with soreness, good. It’s often caused as a result of lying still in same position for hours, the joints get stiff and you’d have to move a bit to restore that. To prevent this, you have to get involved in activities that require you to use your feet/legs often such as running, stretching and the likes. You should also increase your intake of vitamin A.
