It’s been 11months since I last got my period. The feeling was overwhelming at first because I felt free, no period stress. But as it continued, I started getting worried. And I wouldn’t go to the hospital because I’m scared something huge might be wrong with me.

The most common reasons for that are pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. However, there are many other conditions that may cause such in a woman; such as too much exercise, when you produce too much prolactin, eating disorder causes this too. I’d advice you go to see a doctor as yours has gone beyond three months. I’d guess that you have transitioned to menopause. Yes, it is possible. Perimenopause may cause your period to cease at a younger age. However, to stay in the know, you have to see a doctor and stop living in denial.
