I’m at a point in my life where I feel so lost, I’m at a crossroad and I don’t know where to turn to. I’m just living each day as though it’s the last. I tried getting out of this state but it just wouldn’t work out. I stopped going to work already. I don’t know what to do.

There are times when individual persons feel like their life is so empty and hopeless. It is a very sad condition and there are a lot of people who feel this way. If you are facing this kind of situation, know that you’re not alone. And right now, my deepest love goes out to you. These are some of the things you can do when you feel lost and it seems things are never going to get better;
Know that it is very okay to feel this way
Take control of your situation, you’re the one in charge. So take control
know that things happen for a reason.
If it makes you feel good, write down how you feel
Take enough time to relax and rest
Pamper yourself, do things that make you happy.
Reconnect with yourself, remove yourself from various negative energies.
Forgive yourself and embrace yourself for who you are.
Do well to ask for help if you feel you are not seeing positive results.
First, know that it is totally normal amen it happens to everyone at one point or the other. Whenever I feel lost and so depressed, I try to engage myself in some activities that I find enjoyable. It gives a stronger sense of purpose. I also listen to music. You could do with good music to uplift yourself. I try to get as busy as I can. I clean the house, arrange my closet. I engage in these chores to keep me sane and prevent me from having negative thoughts. You can also talk to someone close to you, someone you can trust. Most times, when people talk about their troubles, they fee better.
