Tell her? No man never tell your best friend that you’re in love with her/him. I mean a lot of people would tell you to do so. Same people who tell other people to “follow your dreams” and “live life with no regrets”, and do exactly the opposite. I mean you have to be practical, this isn’t a movie dear this is life and the idea of you loving your best friend will probably freak her/him out so read this further only when you want her in a real way and if you don’t want to hate love for life, especially if you’re not good at making hate poetry. There are some things you can do to see if this love achievable or not
In my opinion, DO NOT confess it to her/him. Do not take the risk. Really.. Being best friends is the best feeling in the world, but losing best friend is the worst feeling, destroying you from inside.
I may be wrong. As every case is not the same. But if your best friend doesn’t have any feelings of that kind of love about you, the reactions would be weird, that’s what my experience says anyways.
