      I don’t know about best treatment, but I have made some changes that helped me see improvement in my own hair. I’ll provide you with some;
      I stopped dying my hair- I’ve dyed my hair since high school and I’m almost 50 now. I haven’t dyed my hair in a year and I’ve noticed a lot more growth since, so I won’t be dying my hair again anytime soon. I’d rather have grey hair than thin spots.
      Increased my Vitamins D and Biotin. I can’t take straight Biotin, I’ll get the worst cystic breakouts!! But the Biotin gummies, like sugar bear, are great. This combo also made my hair grow faster it seems.
      Adding oils, like a mix of evening primrose oil, castor oil, coconut oil, and a little essential oils like peppermint, mixed, applied and massaged through scalp and ends, help with keeping my strands strong.

      Avoid hairstyles that pull on the hairline— tight ponytails, cornrows, braids, and anything that pulls on the small hairs that structure your hairline can cause hair loss. the strain caused by these tight hairstyles pulls too strongly on the delicate hairs of your hairline and hair loss/thinning can occur.
      Ditch hair tools that use high heat — heat is typically hard on hair. It is because of the bonds in the hair stretch because of the fragile hair breaks and falls. If you decide to use a hair straightener or household appliance, inform not leave it on one area of your hair for too long and move it every ten seconds approximately. Also confine mind that if you hear sizzling or burn your fingers, the heat setting is simply too high and you’re also burning your hair. plan to let your hair dry naturally as often as possible and once you are doing use styling tools, inform use a heat-protecting spray which can lessen the damage the tools are inflicting on your hair.
      Be wary of chemical processing— just as heat is extremely harmful to the hair, so is a selection of chemical processing treatments offered by salons. Chemically straightening, bleaching, and lightening your hair can all damage hair loss, weaken hair, and reduce hair loss.
