I’m sorry my list of apps might be boring, these are apps I majorly use when I’m working.

Todoist is a task management tool that promises to turn complex to-do lists into something easily manageable, helping you keep track of your own tasks and make sure nothing gets forgotten. You can create and organise tasks, set and change deadlines, prioritise tasks, set project goals and keep track of progress with the apps measurement and reporting features.

Pocket is a wonderfully simple productivity app that simply lets you save web pages for reading later. It’s more or less a bookmarking tool turned into an application but it really makes a difference to how you work.

Forest essentially gamifies downtime away from your mobile devices. When you want to focus, you plant a “tree” and the more time you spend away from your device, the more it grows.
Leave the app and your tree dies.
Spend enough time away from your phone and you can grow an entire forest. Best of all, you can earn virtual coins by staying focused on your tasks and use these to grow real-life trees through the Forest app.

Focus—Whenever I am working on something or I get stuck at some point, I open twitter for some change but after that I get lost into it and spend lots of time into it. So I use stayfocused plugin. You just give time and sites and enable challenge, so after you’ve used up the that time allotted for the app or site, it will block that site.

Clock—The Clock App comes with an Alarm and Timer function that I use daily. I set multiple Alarms throughout the day to remind me of different things. The alarms boosts me up for the tasks, such as building my confidence, excitement or even my awareness throughout the day.
