  1. I have three habits that’s helped me greatly over time;
    1. I put my phone on airplane mode before going to sleep and I stay away from my phone for the first thirty minutes of waking in the morning. This hasn’t helped me a lot, I wake up with clear head and feel refreshed to start a new day.

    2. I write everyday. It really doesn’t have to be a serious or long writing. I just write something down whatever it may be.

    3. I exercise every morning. I dedicate 20minutes to exercising every morning. By the time I’m done, shower and eat, I am all ready for the day’s work. And it’s always definitely productive as I always have a plan for each day.

  2. 1. Create a morning ritual—establishing meaningful morning that helps you start your day in a meaning way.

    2. Engage in exercise everyday, it helps to keep your body and soul together.

    3. Have a daily schedule and keep up with it. You can use a todo list to help keep track of your activities.

    3. Read everyday—could be an article, local or world news. Read everyday and keep yourself updated.

    4. Perform at least a thoughtful act of kindness daily.

    5. Do something new everyday, take a small risk, something that makes you a little nervous.

    6. Take a break in between work.

    7. Detach yourself from source of stress. It could be your phone, or someone at your place of work.

    8. Sleep early and wake up early
