Well, there aren’t much I’ve read myself but I’ll recommend the powerful few I’ve had my hand on; the most popular book is “The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” by Gary Keller. However, with today’s new technologies I would recommend “Crush It” by Gary Vaynerchuck and “Life by Design” by Tom Fery. Neither one is specific to Real Estate but the advice and techniques described in these books are essential for building a great business in today’s market. I like to take note of important topics while reading and it works for me well, well, kind of.

There are good reads that can absolutely change your view and perspective of real estate.
The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner— Brandon Turner is one of the best people to write books on real estate investing because he is one of the authors behind Bigger Pockets, which is one of the biggest real estate investing communities on the web. Turner pulls from his own experience of going from a few thousand dollars to a real estate portfolio worth millions of dollars.
The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing by Spencer Strauss— This real estate investing book is a great guide for investors looking to get started in real estate investing. It provides more of the big picture ideas surrounding real estate investing and is good for both new and advanced real estate investors alike.
Reverse Wholesaling by Kent Clothier is a powerful book by one of the world’s most successful real estate wholesalers. Inside Kent will show you the four part system for doing a high volume of deals. You’ll learn how to find the buyers and fill pre-orders for deals, without having to use your own money to fund them.
You can achieve a lot through finishing your book, creating notes on the most important topics and practice.
