Did you know that when hypnosis is done to a high peak, it numbs the body, as in, you won’t feel any pain. Yes, someone has gone through open heart surgery without anesthesia before, all because of self hypnosis that was done to the extreme, it significantly alter pain sensitivity.
I don’t know if people really know this already but I’ll still chop it in; so, if you’re having an important discussion or meeting with a person and they seem to be distracted by their phone or something, stop talking. Once you stop talking, they will turn to you and drop their phone or lose focus from what was getting their attention. Also, if you want to get someone’s attention, whisper their name. It’s much more effective than just saying it normally because you sound like you have a secret to tell them.
