Europe is located in the northern hemisphere and also occupies a major part of the eastern hemisphere. It is surrounded by bodies of water on three sides. To the north, there is the Arctic Ocean; the Atlantic Ocean to the west; and the Mediterranean Black and Caspian seas to the north. 1. Admission requirements: To apply to any of the universities in Europe, you need to send some important documents to the university’s graduate admission office. These documents are: application form: this is a form that can be filled out online or offline and must be filled out accurately in order to be admitted to your desired university; Language proficiency test; you would also be required to take GRE or GMAT exams to prove your proficiency in that particular language; an academic certificate; a statement of purpose, letter of recommendation; and some other documents depending on the university of choice.
2. Language: Several universities in Europe offer study programs in their local and/or English language. However, some European countries require proof of basic language proficiency as a requirement for the university admission process.
3. Student Visa: Upon receipt of the admission application, the university will verify the documents or profile and will send you the admission. Once you have received the acceptance letter, you can apply for a student visa. The following are required when applying for a visa: entry visa application form, letter of acceptance from the European university, recent passport-size photographs, valid travel documents, proof of accommodation in Europe, paid health insurance, a copy of all previous educational certificates and receipt of the visa application fees.
4. Proof of funds: As an international student, you will need to show that you have enough money to support yourself during your studies in Europe, and the following are usually required: a copy of a recent account statement; and if you have received scholarships, you will need to show that you have enough funds to study in Europe by submitting a scholarship declaration.
5. Living standard: studying in Europe provides a good standard of living, with most countries in Europe offering students discounts on travel, shopping, and movie tickets, allowing students to go out and experience life outside of the classroom.
