What are the things I need for spiritual cleansing? who can perform spiritual cleansing for a person?
There are different to cleanse your auric and body, but the easiest and fastest is taking a walk in the rain. Step out when it is raining gently and close your eyes as you let the raindrops soak you completely. Imagine all the negativity and toxicity getting washed away with the rain. However, make it it a point to avoid this process when rain is accompanied by thunderstorms.
I do not believe in spiritual cleansing, hence, I do not go for any spiritual cleaning. I believe only in one thing, that I should not do anything which can harm others. Also, I never think of action, which can represent harm for others. By this way, I feel myself clean. I do not do any special thing to get self cleaned. To me, cleaning comes of it’s own, it can not be done by aiming to do so.
