I don’t think there is any correlation between the side you sleep and your dreams. The reason I say this is because while awake, increasing blood flow to the left hemisphere of your brain wouldn’t make you any more logical and better at math and language. Both hemispheres of the brain are connected by the corpus callosum, which means that both your left hemisphere and right hemisphere are always in use no matter what process you are doing. Unless you are split brain, sleeping on a particular side should not matter.
People who sleep on their stomachs often report increased restlessness caused by frequent tossing and turning to get comfortable. Sleeping on your stomach may also put strain on your lower back and cause neck pain. There has also been reports of erotic dreams as a result of sleeping on the stomach
