This may be your direct manager and the Human Resources department, and possibly an occupational health professional. It is advisable for you to disclose on a need-to-know basis. This information should remain confidential at all times. It should only be shared with your permission in instances where it is relevant to carrying out some aspect of your work.

While many employers will be understanding and willing to make accommodations, you may still encounter stigma and discrimination in the workplace.
