I want a career in health related field and I am quite confused, I have the brains but I can’t seem to make a decision, which is a better career in the long run?

Nursing has to be the top pick for me, this is because of the job prospects in the market nowadays and the career growth as well. You can get a degree in four years or even less but medical school is a whole other boat. There can be enough doctors, but there can never be enough nurses.
well, these are related fields but they are actually quite different, have you thought of a major? Like what would you like to major in at the end of the day? what is your career goal? Studying medicine could put you as a surgeon, nursing could put you as an adult care giver, so you have to think of that before deciding what course to study. Both are awesome and well in demand so whatever you decide to go for, it will definitely be worth it.
