My parents are really over protective and tend to dictate everything I do for me. I’m clocking 20 in few months, should I still let them continue?

My parents are really over protective and tend to dictate everything I do for me. I’m clocking 20 in few months, should I still let them continue?
If I was 19years old and my parents still order me around, I’d probably just run away. Okay, that was a joke. But really, maybe I’d run away. At 18, you’re already an adult, you’re someone that can be charged in the court of law as a proper adult, so you shouldn’t let your parent dictate how you should live your live to your at 20. That’s absolutely insane really. Do not allow it!
Well, if you’re living under your parents’ roof, eating their food, of course they will guard you around and you wouldn’t have any option than to subject. If you don’t want this to happen, the best thing you can do is to look for a job that will at least leave you leave him everyday, then you save aggressively and rent an apartment for yourself.
