I am a career focused woman and I hardly have time to take care of my child, can I send a child of two years old to a boarding school?

a two year old child is quite young but that is by the way, there will be no reason to keep neglecting a child when you have the means to make the child comfortable, a boarding school is a fine idea as I grew up in one but you have to be sure of the institution you are enrolling a child into
Yes yes and yes, the answer will definitely be a yes, as long as you can afford it, another option would be to get a nanny to take care of the child, the work that children pose are underrated and it is quite a lot, so as career person, I suggest you give the child the best you can and not let him or her grow up neglected.
