hmm, seems shady if you ask me, what if he has some other terrible plan for you? How do you know you are safe and how do you even know this person, persistent begging is a form of coercion and that is why you feel like going, you have no responsibility whatsoever to him to go on a date
maybe he just likes you and needs a chance to prove to you that if you get to know him better, over a date that is, you might get to like him? what’s the fuss all about? dates are fun, go out during the day and be wary of your food and drinks, if after that you still do not like him then by all means call it quits!
