Is it a wise career decision to ever go back to a company where a person was previously sacked?

Maybe, just maybe it could make sense to return to an organization that fired you once before. In that case you would need an employment agreement that spells out every detail of your relationship. You sort of have a leverage now, especially if the company reached out to you themself, now, you can even spell out what you want your offer to be. Now, you’d have choices, and even if you decide not to go back, you’ll still be making the right choice. Getting sacked at a job is nature’s way of tell you you’ve got the wrong job in the first place. But what better way to show a company has made a mistake in sacking someone if not calling them back to come work for the company?
well, you did not include the reason why you were sacked. but if i understand anything from your post, it is that even after sacking you the first time, same company is offering you employment opportunity and you do not know if to take up the job or not based on what had happened in the past. If i was in your position, i would not take the job offer only if I feel how i was previously sacked was not fair to me.But if the company was right to have sacked me and they are offering me a role later, then I’ll see it as an opportunity to right my previous wrongs in that company.
