I am in the process of shortlisting options on Plot For Sale In Goa, and I would appreciate any feedback. My interest is mostly towards purchasing land from near the beaches, but not too far from the main city. If someone has had any experience in purchasing property in Goa or knows trustworthy agents, I would appreciate your input. I would be particularly keen on owning property that has proper legality to prevent problems arising after purchasing it. Tips on how best to bargain for prices would indeed be welcomed.
