Why are there only white referees in Premier League? No black referees
A Referee’s job requires someone that had the opportunity, the vision and desire to be a referee. Most African descendants will mostly desire to be players since that is a great way to get out of poverty and improve their lives. It would require someone that is already settled for life from his or her previous family and look into not playing football but to be part of the football world in the quality of a referee.
It’s called (English) Premier League for a reason, apart from that. There are blacks, just that there are very few of them. If there are no enough black refs then it’s only because there just aren’t many good enough, it really is that simple. Or because not enough black people become refs.
