considered to be quite safe as long as there are rules in place and trained operators. As long as it’s done properly it’s just about the safest thing that you can do on a beach. You should expect your parachute not opened properly and you just slammed the water hard, dragged through the water until the speedboat stopped. Don’t worry about drowning because you are geared with live vest.
It’s an activity I’ve experienced just once and I really can’t wait to experience it again. It was surprisingly calm which is surreal since you’re suspended in the air with just harnesses. But I can assure you it was so amazing. I was holding for dear life at the harness and the guy that is handling the harnesses told me to just sit there while waiting for the lift. I thought it was gonna knock the air out off me but it was just gentle rising and before you know it, you’re at the top! And it was comfortable, which was weird. I didn’t even feel the slightest dizziness from that height. It was very serene up there, just you floating in the air.
