I can tell when I ovulate every month because I get a cramp like feeling on the right side only. It’s like a sharp pain that last for a couple of hours, then a dull pain anywhere from a few hours to a day or two. It’s uncomfortable but I can still partake in regular activities.
I am 33 and I have never heard of ovulation pain, I am a biological woman and I have identified as a woman for my entire life. I would have never known that it existed or that it was common enough for people to ask on a online platform about it. I suppose this means I’ve never experienced it. I don’t have pains during ovulation. I feel great, I shine, I look amazing, my skin is in a better condition, I wake up with a lot of energy, and I love that period of time.
