A single female nipple takes on average 6-9 months to heal. Sometimes longer. It’s pretty much different for each person. It may seem like it’s healed up but don’t be deceived, the tissue is still too fragile and delicate to be considered healed earlier than 6months.
Mines are 3 weeks old now and they’ve also been easy to heal. They feel normal but there are still some scabbing that turn up at the piercing sites time to time. They take a couple days to naturally fall off. I suspect they are from inside the fistula and are getting pushed out. Apparently piercings heal from the outside in or something so they might look healed before the fistula completely heals. Until then, there’s a higher risk to tear or irritate it. I’d say be extra careful until the recommended period is over.
