When people are constantly pessimistic and try and shoot down any positivity in the conversation. I get that sometimes people can’t help but only see the negative, but it’s definitely something I need to take breaks from before I can face having that battle again. It is fucking exhausting. I’ve had depression my whole adult life, and I can’t handle being around people like this. It makes me so frustrated and angry.
Dealing with other people that constantly complain about how toxic others are. If you dedicate all your energy to and read into every little thing someone else does as a personal and premeditated attack on you, how are you ever going to have any peace of mind?
