Best thing to do is abstain from milk for about a week (mand then have a small glass, specifically a glass of just milk to rule out it being caused by anything else and see what happens. My doctor wouldn’t do any tests for me to see if I was lactose intolerant, but this helped me figure it out. Hope it helps you too.
One way is to use the lactaid pills to find out. But what is you don’t have access to that? What else can you do to find out if you’re lactose intolerant? Try to drink a few litres of milk for a day and see wether you’re feeling like crap or try to eat nothing with lactose for a while and seeing if you feel a lot better?
