A colleague at work recommended and bought the nose clip device for me to stop snoring. Is it comfortable?

Rarely, if ever. Snoring emanates from the fluttering of the tissues deep in the throat due to the relaxation of the muscles that keep it open when awake. when the back of your tongue blocks your throat, so I don’t see how blocking the block will work. Strips that open the front of the nose will not help address the source of snoring
Surprisingly, it worked for me. Of course, I had my doubts at first, but after the first day or two, I saw great changes. I’ve been told I snore like a freight train running through your living room.
So when I found my husband sleeping on the floor of the walk in closet and he told me we needed to find a solution, I went for the cheapest option- Nose clips. I look like a dork, but wearing those damn things every night makes a difference. He said it wasn’t even my snoring but my breathing that kept him awake. I have nasal issues. Who knew that plastic and glue could work so well and solve the issue?
