Does time exist in space? If it does, how is it measured?
The only place time actually exists is in the human mind. A scale has to be established for time to have purpose, which can only be attained from the observation of the movement of matter. Harmonistic interactional movement of matter in space like planets rotating a star. Rotation determines scale. You can’t measure anthing without vantage points. Time had to be created by humans to use as a tool to measure distances.
