I’m planning to go fully into real estates, my dad mentioned getting a masters in it before I delve fully into it. Is it really necessary?
Is masters in real estate development really required if I’m planning to go into Real estates?

A Masters degree can help you understand the development process and case studies, However, the best and most effective way is to find a mentor. In all industries, real estate not excluded, one should strive to simplify the process not complicate it. Education is important, and by no means am I stating that it is not. But the most important part of becoming great at something is by understanding the fundamentals and simplifying the process. One doesn’t need a degree or designations to learn the industry, they need a desire and a process to simplify their aspirations.
If you have the capacity to obtain it, yes you can. But it is not nor prerequisite for you to become a real estate developer. The main thing required is passion. Passion will take you far. I believe for you to mention getting a masters in real estate development, then you’re financially capable, because you would need goodbye capital for it. You can Alain opt for an internship program before now you go fully into it, that isn’t going to help you get accustomed to the basics.
