Is it really okay for those who have a strong belief in a the existence of a supreme being to have close relationship with agnostics?

As long as they’re decent people who you get along with and consider friends, then there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it. In fact, you likely benefit from good discussion on the topic and from having diverse friend groups who share different beliefs.
I definitely would be friends with an agnostic or then an atheist, my belief in God should never be a requirement for friendship. Christians should be friends with unbelievers; we are called to be lights in a dark world. The friendship will provide an opportunity to share the gospel and show them the love and joy Christians have from our relationship with Jesus. And Christians who talk bad about unbelievers are immature Christians. If they truly grasped that faith is a gift from God and that they only believe because God was gracious and opened their eyes, they would be more sympathetic and understanding of unbelievers.
