Believe it or not, even if we try, nothing goes unsaid forever. Words do have their own powers. Feelings can’t be suppressed forever, they’re like energy, they would find a way to get out of you and according to me words can be the safest form we can provide to these feelings. If it is an instance we are talking about that should it be left unsaid or not! then we should think again. To speak your heart out is never a wrong thing to do even if it is in the form of anger, because if you don’t do that or find an alternative, it will start to distort you from within. But better we do follow with something productive and fruitful at the same time. No solutions come to the things which are in fact unsaid.
The phrase “better left unsaid” describes things that, if said, could anger other people or land the speaker in trouble. Things that are better left unsaid should remain as thoughts in a person’s head because they will cause unpleasantness if said aloud. Typically, something that is better left unsaid may be something that many people are thinking but that they should not talk about.
