Is dream paralysis the same as devil attack?

It can be a scary experience if you don’t know what’s going on with your body. You wake up, but you can’t move. You may feel like something is sitting on your chest or that you’re sinking into your mattress. You might even see something or someone sitting on your chest – or you’ll witness some other figure lurking in the room. Then, you wonder if you’re really awake or if you’re still dreaming.

When I first started experiencing sleep paralysis, I asked same question like this too. Most of my dreams were about being awake and feeling like I was being held down by a ghost. Sometimes, I’d see a person at the end of my bed or I’d feel like I was levitating like in those paranormal movies. I would always talk about God or tell them that this was my house and that they needed to leave. At first, I thought my house was haunted or that a ghost was following me around. But I realized that I was just experiencing sleep paralysis.
If you continue dreaming like this, I suggest you buy a dreamcatcher. The good dreams know how to pass through the dream catcher, slipping through the outer holes and slide down, The bad dreams not knowing the way get tangled in the dream catcher and perish with the first light of the new day. I actually gave this a try and bought one. I completely convinced myself that it would block out bad dreams and it worked. Sometimes when I manage to wake up from sleep paralysis, I play soothing music so it can calm me. Also, try to notice differences in your dream compared to real life. This might trigger you to wake up or help you manipulate your dream into a good one.

Eventhough there is nothing to fear, yup must know that sleep paralysis is caused by spirits. Spirits are separate elements, human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They have knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. These spirits are your consciousnesses and memories. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. Brain is just a media to connect the spirits to your mind. A human being doesn’t have a spiritual body. Soul is nothing but an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. A body’s functionality is based on the auto mechanism. After death all spirits which accompanied a person quit and go to different places searching new bodies. No one lives in any form after death. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games. Your own spirits always compete with each other to dominate you in a higher level. Each and every spirit which live with you have their own motivations and plans. If they are same there is no problem at all. But generally they would never be the same. Further there will be always some negative forces with you. These negative forces are obstacles of your life. If they get stronger you have to face problems. Some spirits are adamant and stronger. They wish that you must get up from bed only in particular time. When other spirits make you get up earlier, I guess, these spirits prevent you and cause paralysis.
