No. There is no such thing as astral projection or psychic abilities. The people who claim to astrally project are doing a thing called using their imagination. This is evident through such cases as renowned travellers several decades ago travelling to distant star systems and meeting aliens – only for us to discover with our more advanced science, many years later, that the star systems they claimed to have visited are inhospitable places with no planets.
Astral projection is the ability to float out of your body and go somewhere. It basically means being at two different places at the same time. Psychic activities have nothing to do with astral projection. Psychic/paranormal activities are not yet confirmed to be real. Astral projection and lucid dreams are, they more of cognitive functions than paranormal activities.
