I know this is gonna sound odd, but I had this exact problem when I was visiting a friend for a few days. I couldn’t figure it out at first, but it turns out it was his wifi. Something with the IP Adress keeping my phone from deep sleeping, showing up as Google services. Once I changed wifis everything went back to normal.
My former iPhone acted this way before I changed it, once a phone’s battery starts giving me attitude, then I know it’s high time I changed it and let go. Check the battery health, if it’s less than 70% then that means you need to get a new phone or at least change the battery. You should be able to get at least 5hours screen time when your iPhone is fully charged.
