It is very unlikely you will get a student loan from Canada as you are neither a PR nor Citizen of Canada. The rule of showing fund for a study permit is that you must show tuition fee plus a particular amount of money as a proof of funds or bank statement. If your parents can, they can support you. All they need to do is to write an affidavit of financial support in front of a notary public.

Oh dear, I can assure you that it’s almost impossible for an international student/non-citizen to secure a student loan in Canada. I’ve never seen it happen, so it’s almost impossible. You’re more likely to get a student loan from your home country but not in Canada dear.
