What do I do if I’m so ready to have a baby but my boyfriend is saying no?
It’s a relationship, you don’t make decisions on your own. If you don’t agree then why are y’all together? It’s going to cause an argument all the time. Having a baby is a big step, he is not ready and you can’t force him. So at some point you have to decide how important is having a baby to you. If he isn’t on board then that can make or break the relationship.
You have to take a serious look and consider if you are indeed ready and able to be a single parent. There is a chance he will disappear if you get pregnant after he already told you he’s not ready, but that is just a big chance anyway, that he will leave and you will be on your own. Are you ready for that? Could you handle that? If you had to face the choice of being a single parent, what would you rather do? Abort, adopt, or parent?
