How do I stop my phone being tracked without alerting the person doing the tracking?
If I already know someone is tracking my phone, how do I cut them off without letting them know?

How do I stop my phone being tracked without alerting the person doing the tracking?
Know that there is just a little you can do about it. If you are being tracked, you can almost do nothing to prevent it without special equipment and resources.But I think the little precautions below will help you;
1.If you are using android marshmallow you can block unnecessary permissions to application. Why the hell a torch application need to access your contacts?
2.Check for spy applications in your phone. Open application manager and remove all weird and useless applications you see.
3.Disable ok google, GPS, location from settings. And observe everything in you phone by monitoring applications etc
