wow, you’re pretty young so this can’t be menopause, is this the first time you’re experiencing this? I know for a fact that stress, depression or anxiety could ultimately cause this, I am not a doctor so I can’t be so sure what advice to give you, but you should try to take a break from stressful situations and all, a missed period is not so much of a big deal and stress can also cause you to gain weight
Hi there, what you describe seems like something I have been through myself, you should know that pregnancy tests carried out at home can be influenced by a lot of factors, if you can, doing a proper test at the hospital might be your best bet, because even if you start to see your period again, you might still be pregnant, and that is only if you are pregnant right now. Also, I see soemoene has mention anxiety as a factor, try to stress less and eat more fruits.
