I wonder if people who have their face mask for a long period of time do not experience difficulty with breathing. I’d like to know how they comfortably use it for long without complaints.
I can’t breathe well with my face mask on— how do people comfortably wear face mask for a long period of time?

If you can’t wear a mask you have breathing problems already. That being said, there are very few people who indeed can’t wear masks for lung conditions they already have. This in particular applies to the extended wearing of FFP 2 or 3 masks, which require quite a bit of draught to breathe. But some people even have trouble with ordinary surgical mouth and nose cover masks. If your lung is in good shape there is no evidence that extended wearing of masks is a danger for you. If you have any lung conditions or fear you have them, you’d rather want to discuss with your doctor immediately.
Yes it can affecting breathing, especially if you are prone to having some difficulties breathing due to a pre-existing condition or you engage in an intense physical activity. Apart from the impedance placed on air passage through the nose and the mouth by the mask, the exhaled air retained beneath the mask cloth cup, laden with high levels of carbon dioxide and low levels of oxygen, will be reinhaled. These two events will lead to shortness of breath.
If you are physically fit, these constraints will pose only minor problems, if any at all. And considering the merits of wearing a mask, its effectivenesss in preventing the spread of the coronavirus, the inconvenience is worth enduring.
