I think they have no difference. I use both when I’m speaking all the time. so my personal advice is choose your favorite and use it. I just use both in my head in a sentence and whichever sounds better to my hearing is what I use. Sometimes I just use whichever comes to my head first.
“anybody” and “anyone” are almost completely interchangeable, but “anyone” is probably a somewhat safer option because it is more common in contemporary English. One exception to their interchangeability is the phrase “anyone interested”, where replacing “anyone” with “anybody” seems to be rather unusual.
