Question and face your fears, once you’re able to identify and face your fears, you will know which angle to address the problem. Do the things that scare you, or challenge you. Staying in your comfort zone because of fears won’t help you, it will only damage you more. Make mistakes, it’s only when you make mistakes that you know where your strength lies. Challenge yourself and focus on the things you can control.
I’m order to successfully overcome the fear of failure, it is important that you identity why you’re afraid. Most times, people feel inadequate, this inadequacy can be the source of fear. Knowing why you’re afraid of failure will help knowing ho to tackle the fear and overcome it.
