Stay hydrated— water, coffee, tea, snake juice, chew sugar free gum, get plenty of sleep, avoid events where food will be present. Remember, hunger comes in waves, it’s not constant, so whenever you get hungry, occupy yourself for 15-20 minutes until it passes and use that time to drink water. Most of the time we think we are hungry, we are just thirsty. It really will not be as bad as you think. Get engaged in activities and try as much as possible to sleep a lot.
like to remind myself that there is nothing I want now that I can’t have another time. Craving chocolate, cookies or chips? Think that you can have them another day. And if or when that day comes, you should or could think the same thing once more, or not. The things you crave will not magically disappear from the face of the earth and will be there when you have reached your goals.
