There are lots of websites online that allows you do domain lookup. With WHOIS, you can enter and find out everything about domain if it is not privacy protected otherwise you will see only protected name not the actual owner name. You can use WHOIS check up to know the complete information of a domain name. A WHOIS check up provides complete information about a domain name. It shows the domain registrant, registrar, registered date, expiry date, private details, contact details, etc.
Many domain name registrars today offer domain name privacy, which keeps a domain name owner’s information hidden from WHOIS searches. Most of the time when people try to find out who owns a domain name, it’s often for the purpose of buying the domain name from the owners. If the domain was originally bought as an investment for the purposes of reselling, the current owner will make it easy for you to contact them by making it known on such site that it’s for sale.
