How can women who have high level of androgen&testosterone block or reduce the level?
Every woman needs a small amount of testosterone for normal sexuality. If you really want to assume full 100% feminine characteristics, a doctor can help you with that. There are medications and even some household consumable stuff that can be used to lower the level of testosterone. However, it’s always advisable to get the a second opinion from a professional before you proceed to take in stuff.
You have to go and check your blood work to see if your testosterone is actually high as you may think. If it is indeed high, the only way you can lower or block it is if you buy estrogen pills and take them. Keep in mind that high levels of Testostrone in a female can be very great you are able to have more mass and strength natrually over other females but if you don’t want that, get familiar with the pills.
