The easiest thing that I can tell you that will help with public anxiety is that you need to truly believe in yourself. This can be achieved by setting and meeting goals and learning new skills. When you have positive experiences, you will start to believe in your own capabilities, and you will start to believe that partaking in social interactions will be beneficial to the people that you interact with, as well as for yourself. Good luck with your journey.
We all face anxiety at some point or the other in our lives. The best way to overcome public anxiety is by creating your own social space i.e by building connections. Make good connections each day. Once you are confident about maintaining connections with people, you will become confident about yourself. Speak with a couple of people whom you could meet daily. It could be a supportive staff at your work area or your teachers or sometimes your friends and colleagues. Moreover, if you know what you are doing, you need not fear anything. So be aware of what you do.This transition truly takes time. So go with the flow and keep spreading your network.
