How to be with emotionally fragile people.

Being emotionally fragile means you have a hard time managing difficult emotions. Little bits of worry throw you into cycles of anxiety and panic. Small bouts of sadness lead to spirals of self-criticism and depression.

Emotionally fragile persons love people pay attention to them when they pour out their emotions. So, learn to always listen to them, even when you don’t feel like. Be interested and invested in their well-being, this is key.

The first thing you should note and know is the fact that emotionally fragile people didn’t choose to be fragile emotionally, they simply just can’t help it. Don’t make them feel they’re exaggerating how they feel or make them feel their emotions aren’t valid or needed. Emotionally fragile people can be over-thinkers some of the time, it’s all part of their emotional processes.
